Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate. However, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% service charge. No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. If your card is declined, or if you lock your card, you will not be able to book again with Elixir Skin Studio until the cancellation or no-show fee has been paid. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as this policy allows us to continue providing the highest level of care for all clients.
